Once an order is confirmed, our operations team coordinates fulfilment and ensures delivery to the retail outlet or pharmacy as per agreed timelines and serviceability.

Wallet-based refunds & returns
Eligible returns and refunds are processed into the in-app Retailgrow wallet, and available balances can be used as a payment method when placing future orders.
